Spanish cuisine is internationally renowned for its paella, cured ham and tapas, but what about its other dishes?

A country’s food says a lot about its culture, and if there’s one thing we can boast about it’s that we have one of the most varied and complete cuisines in the world. Our privileged geographical location and our history mean we have received influences from different cultures that have left their mark on our dishes.

Much more than just paella: richness, diversity, quality and flavor

One feature of Spanish cuisine is that each region has its own dishes, but they all have a common denominator: the quality of their ingredients.

As with the food, we should also be proud of our drinks. Our wines are also very diverse and offer exceptional quality. So, why not enjoy both at the same time?

Madrilenian stew, Galician broth and Asturian fabada are the stews and potages par excellence in Spanish cuisine. Who wouldn’t fancy one of these dishes?
