The winemakers select our best vines and terroirs to create our most special wines. But most importantly, there are groups of various lovers of wine that also participate in this process, tasting the different options of coupages and varieties. After this process we bottle only those wines that have been selected by the Winelovers thus achieving wines with a unique identity.
